A campus visit is the best way to determine if Episcopal Day School is right for your child. We urge you to schedule a visit while school is in session.

When you are ready to begin the application process:

Financial Assistance

EDS offers limited financial aid to assist families who otherwise would not be able to meet school costs. Financial aid is granted based upon need as determined by the procedure of the School and Student Service for Financial Aid of Princeton, New Jersey, for five-day three year olds through eighth grade. Financial aid applications may be obtained from the Headmaster. Only partial financial aid will be granted, so those available funds can serve the greatest number of children.

Families should apply for financial aid by February 1 of each year and will be notified by March 15 in regard to their application.

After School Programs

The Center is licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources and is accredited by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

The EDS Center is designed to nurture the child's emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development. Each child is provided opportunities such as arts and crafts, music, games, literary experiences, outdoor activities, as well as rest or study periods. Our state-of-the-art facilities include safe playgrounds and classrooms with a variety of activities, materials, and games.

We strive to provide a program with age-appropriate, diverse activities, and to build self-esteem through positive interactions. The Center has a low teacher-preschool student ratio of 1:10.

The Gingerbread program provides a full afternoon of care for children ages three to five. Children are served lunch and a snack, participate in planned activities and/or outdoor play, and are provided a rest period.

The Lunchbunch program provides four and five year old students the opportunity to remain at school from preschool dismissal until 3:00 p.m.

Re-Enrollment

Students are re-enrolled on an annual basis subject to an evaluation of their academic progress, conduct, and influence on others.
