Policy/Age Requirement
EDS seeks students of all races, nationalities, and economic backgrounds. The school does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin in administration or in its educational policies, admission policies, or athletic and other school-administered programs.
To be eligible to enter the Young Threes program a child must turn three years of age from July 1 through November 30.
To be eligible to enter the three-year-old program a child must turn three years of age on/before June 30.
To be eligible to enter the prekindergarten and kindergarten classes, a child must be four or five years of age respectively by September 1.
To be eligible to enter first grade a student must be six years of age before September 1 and must have successfully completed kindergarten.
