At Episcopal Day School we believe that every person is uniquely created in the image of God, and it is our sacred responsibility to help guide each student to find their unique place in the world. That’s our starting place.

EDS is a preschool through grade 8 school in the heart of Augusta on Walton Way. We are a Christian school, welcoming families and students from all faith traditions, knowing that we are enriched by that diversity.

We are experts in early childhood education, focusing on the most critical, foundational years where we can build life skills like leadership traits, collaboration, analytical thinking, and a moral compass.

As a co-educational day school, EDS serves students in preschool through eighth grade. Our goal is to provide an excellent education, within a Christian environment, that will help students to be academically prepared, intellectually curious, socially responsible, and spiritually aware as they enter high school.

“I am reminded of my childhood often and the wonderful years I spent at Episcopal Day School. Great teachers helped to foster a love of learning and allowed me to blossom and thrive as a youngster. EDS paved the way for me to attend a school like this, where all children are welcome and a stellar world-class education is yours, right here in Augusta.”
