Evan Murray, EDS ’14 Spends Spring Break Helping Farmers Improve Nutrition and Production

EDS alumnus (and past participant in the summer Costa Rica trip) Evan Murray ’14 is spending his spring break on a service trip to Nicaragua with fellow students from St. Andrew’s School. Here they are pictured (Evan on the far left, gripping a machete) in front of the first greenhouse they completed as part of Al Campo International’s OrganiCasa Greenhouse Project, a market-based project which enables small-scale farmers to improve the nutrition of their families while increasing their household income.
