EDS Remembers 9/11 #NeverForget

Fourth graders gathered to watch an age-appropriate video summarizing the tragic events of September 11, 2001. This was followed by listening to the true story of Sirius, a Police K-9 Unit dog stationed as a protector of the World Trade Center. Students then helped create a commemorative backboard display with each child decorating and adding their own personal star. Students also wore flag stickers all day in honor of 9/11 Patriot’s Day.
