Fall Spirit Week at EDS is October 26 – 30!
Fall Spirit Week celebrates the end of fall athletics, and EDS LOVES Spirit Week! Check out the Spirit Week schedule below, and get hyped for the Pep Rally THIS Friday (October 23) at 2:30 p.m.!
MONDAY, OCTOBER 26:
America Day – PS, LS, MS
Wear Red, White & Blue and show your patriotic spirit! (Yes, you may wear blue jeans; no, you may not wear camo)
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27:
MS only – Tacky Day
Wear your tackiest outfit; the more mismatched the better!
PS & LS – Crazy Sock Day
Put on your weirdest socksand no, they don’t have to match!
First and second grades wear chapel dress.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28:
MS only – Team Jersey Day
Show your team spirit by wearing a shirt (jersey, t-shirt, golf style shirt, sweatshirt) from your favorite sports team. Regular school uniform pants/shorts/skirts & shoes required.
PS & LS – regular dress day; 3rd – 5th – Chapel Dress
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29:
MS only – Dress Up Day
In lieu of regular chapel dress, middle school girls may wear dresses or dressy blouse/skirt combination while middle school boys may wear dress shirt/pants/ shoes and a tie of their choice. Dresses/skirts must meet the dress code length requirement. Dress blouses must not be sleeveless, one shouldered, or strapless. Students who do not follow the dress code as specified in the student handbook will be required to change into regular chapel uniform.
LS & PS – Team Jersey Day
Show your team spirit by wearing a shirt (jersey, t-shirt, golf style shirt, sweatshirt) from your favorite sports team. Regular school uniform pants/shorts/skirts & shoes required.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30:
MS and LS – Blue Out Day
Show your Panther Pride by wearing Panther Blue from head to toe! Yes, you may wear blue jeans. No, you may not wear dress down day outfits that are not blue. So, for instance, wearing your favorite pink t-shirt would not be acceptable. When in doubt, ask. Otherwise we’ll require you to change.
PS – Halloween costume day
MS only – Middle School Halloween Dance
EDS Cafeteria, 7 – 9 p.m., Admission $5. Come dressed in your best costume!
Remember that Spirit Week is a privilege that we all want to enjoy, so follow the rules! Dress appropriately!
