Mrs. McNeil, Mrs. Marriott, Ms. Hancock, Mrs. Pierce, and Mrs. Perry (not pictured) developed their knowledge of how to engage students in outdoor settings in the Outdoor Learning Symposium at Oatland Wildlife Center.
The EDS crossing guard, Captain Singer, visited Mrs. Moody’s young threes to tell them all about how he keeps EDS families safe during carpool and special events.
Connor M.’s “Dynamic Dad” brought his Djembe Drum to share with our class for “D Week”. He played as the kindergarteners sang and let each child take a turn playing it.
The EDS Panther visited preschool classes just before the pep rally to show them that even though he can be pretty intimidating to our opposing teams, he is really just sweet Miss. McEowen in a fun costume. Phew!
The October Faculty Appreciation Day brunch was EXTRA beautiful and delicious, thanks to an awesome group of first grade parents! A big thank you to Mary Anne, Dee Dee, Michelle, Gail, Kim, Alison, Jennifer, Dyan, Renee, Claiborne, Robin, and Lisa!
