Wade Jolly, EDS Alumnus, Credits Experience at EDS to Interest in Theatre
Wade Jolly, an alumnus of EDS, visited the fifth grade students on Friday, March 4th. He told them about his time at EDS and how his fifth grade musical awakened an interest in him for theatre work. Wade now travels 48 weeks out of the year working on stages in major musicals. Our fifth graders had just completed our study of pulleys. Wade demonstrated how pulleys may be used in musicals to create special effects. Our students really enjoyed listening to him and realizing what we learn in class is used in the real world.
