Second Grade Enjoying Science Enrichment

The 2nd grade classes made ice cream last week in my Science Enrichment class to observe solids & liquids changing state. They thoroughly enjoyed shaking the liquid ingredients for 10 minutes in a bag until it turned into yummy ice cream!
