EDS Lunch Survey for Parents

Dear Parent,

A focus of the EDS Wellness Policy this school year has been taking a closer look at our school lunches. The lunchroom committee was formed and began looking at making our lunch menu selection healthier and more appealing to students while meeting school meal nutrition standards developed by the U.S.D.A. We hope your student has enjoyed the small, healthy changes in the menu along with the themed salad bar days (click here to view my previous post about these updates).

As we continue to focus on school nutrition, we would like you to participate in a brief anonymous survey. The survey information will assist us in making informed decisions by providing us with the data we need to explore options with our school lunch program.

We appreciate your time and input as we continue our efforts to provide nutritious and appealing school meals.
