8th Grade Ad Ordering

Dear 8th Grade Parents,

It’s time to order your graduate’s 8th grade yearbook ad. These are special pages in the EDS yearbook that families may purchase to dedicate to their graduates. Ordering deadline is March 28th. This is an optional purchase.

Ad Prices:
1/4 Page (4.25″ x 5.25″) (1-4 photos) $75
1/2 Page (8.5″-5.5″) (1-6 photos) $125
Full Page (1-6 photos) $200

To Purchase an Ad and Submit Photos:

1) BY MARCH 28th: Purchase your ad online through www.jostens.com. (click on recognition ads under other products). If you have already ordered your yearbook there, don’t worry! Just make a new purchase of the ad only. The ordering will be disabled at midnight on March 28th in order to ensure we have the correct number of pages for ads, so please don’t delay.

2) Gather digital files of the photos you would like to submit for the ad. For the best quality, photos should be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. When scanning photos, most scanning programs have a “custom” section where you can change your resolution to at least 300.

3) BY JUNE 6th: Submit your photos and ad text using this easy online form: click here. This due date is extended two weeks past graduation to allow you to include graduation photos if you like.

4) You will be emailed a proof for approval before the yearbook goes to print.
