EDS Technology Help Desk

Need help with your child’s school iPad or school laptop? Log a technology help ticket on our support website here. Please bookmark this page in your web browser.

EDS Technology Help Desk 1

To create a new ticket, click on the “New Support Ticket” link on the top of the main page. Use the drop down menus and text boxes to complete your ticket. Make sure that the subject line is specific to your issue. For instance, rather than “computer issue” as a subject line, a better one would be “Apple ID password being rejected” or “Chrome browser won’t open.” Once you have completed all fields, click submit.

You’ll receive an email confirmation that your ticket was received as well as a link to check the status of that ticket.

You’ll also want to go ahead and create your account within the new support ticket system. The advantage of creating an account is that you can log in at any time and see all of the tickets you have submitted and the status of those tickets. To automatically create an account based on your EDS info, click the “Login” link at the top of the main page. **You may get redirected to a scary warning screen, telling you that the page you are trying to access may be dangerous! Never fear, it isn’t. Simply click on the “Advanced” link in the bottom left of the page and then the “Proceed to support.edsaugusta.com” link that appears at the bottom of the page.** On the next screen you’ll be prompted to create your account. Simply fill in the required fields.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
